Eat Smart, Not Less  60-70% of results are based on the food choices we make.  We will design an individualized meal plan strategy that will include foods that you like, and choose yourself.  The meals will be balanced so that you will have high energy levels, are satisfied and will not cheat.  The number one enemy of a weight loss program is hunger.  With this component alone, you can lose up to one pound of fat per week or gain up to one-half pound of lean muscle. Train in YOUR Target Heart Rate Zone  Cardiovascular exercise is the stimulus that mobilizes fat.  It helps to strengthen the entire cardiovascular system.  We will teach you what level of training is optimal so that you burn fat, not muscle or time.  The FITT principle will be used to help you achieve your desired results in the least amount of time.  This principle includes Frequency, the number of workouts per week; Intensity, the amount of resistance used; Time, the actual amount of time during an exercise or workout; Type, includes the mode of exercise being conducted. Nutrients without Calories  Since your food intake will be altered, the difference may need to be made up by a multivitamin and a supplement.  Because vitamins are nutrients without calories, they will not interfere with the meal plan.  We want to keep you strong and healthy, with this in mind we will only recommend what you need. Create a Fat Burning Machine  We know that fat burning occurs in the muscles, so it is important to activate the muscles to help clients lose fat, while becoming stronger and helping you look your best.  Motivation, Inspiration, and Education to Help You Achieve Results  We will teach you the proper techniques to keep your joints healthy and get you results.  We will also educate you how to maintain those results on your own.  We will show you how to break plateaus, stay motivated and, just maybe, have a little fun too!
